Cut, dip and decorate to create a unique gift and take away your handmade chocolates in a beautiful ribbon-tied box.
A part demonstration and part hands-on experience. Over the course of the workshop, which lasts for approximately two and a half hours, you’ll learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar. You’ll learn how to make fudge, praline and truffles and demonstrate your cookery skills – or lack of them! – as you cut, dip and decorate your chocolate under the skilled chocolatier’s guidance. You’ll be returning home with a ribbon-tied box of chocolates, as well as detailed recipes to make at your leisure!
